Questions

Patio questions we hear most

Do you pour the patio slab too?

Yes. We pour the slab and build the cover, so one crew handles the concrete and the carpentry.

Can you tie the new roof into my existing roof?

Yes. Most of our covers tie into the house roofline so it looks like it came with the home, with the shingles and trim matched.

What can go under the cover?

Ceiling fans, recessed lights, outlets, TVs, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces. We rough it in while the cover is being framed.

Cedar posts or metal?

Both. Cedar and stained wood are the most common, and we also build steel-post covers and pergolas. Brick or stone columns are an option too.

Do you handle permits?

When your city requires a permit for a patio cover, we pull it and schedule the inspections.
